Or maybe......the possibilities are endless! Now let's first discuss what are the advantages of building a brand of your own.
Advantages

2. You can set your goals, deadlines, timelines, work ethics, etc.
3. You can focus and build a business on your niche. Trust me, channelising your potential in a specific direction can bear sweet fruits for you in future.

5. Lastly, YOU ARE YOUR OWN TEAM. In the initial stage, if the idea is yours, you don't require a team to manage 10 different tasks. It can be counted on later.
After giving a quick read to the above advantages, (If you have skipped it, go give it a shot to be prepared for what you are getting into.) here are some steps that will make you a little bit more accessible and help you navigate smoothly throughout your new business venture.
1. Settle over a Business Idea
I cannot stress this enough that "Don't contemplate over 10 different ideas." You are not into game to please everyone around. You have to examine your niche, master it like a boss and make it work for you to earn some (a lot of) mulas.
Ask yourself few questions when you are stuck in the middle, like:
- Why are you doing this?
- What is your strategy behind to make this work?
- What is the mission behind this business?
- Is this going to be your long term best friend?
- What problems are you focusing to solve through your creation.
- Can your business function solely online in the long run?
- A harsh question: Do you have any exit strategy if the things don't work out in your favour?
2. Validation is Important
After you have laid down your whole plan with a basic strategy, you need to get validations. This process can vary according to your plans and be as simple as:
1. Asking your friends about their ideas and feedback on your strategy.
2. Going on all out, into the field to see what all is already established and get some gold coins from there.
3. Create a landing page and conduct small surveys to see what's the need of the hour.
These small validations will help you finalising the initial bit of the start and prioritise the tasks accordingly. And once you begin with the project, go with the flow!
3. Start
Once you have everything laid down, start jotting ideas on the paper and distill them to create a full proof plan. Luckily, you have passed two steps successfully and so I am sure things are in your control. Starting working of fundings and divide the fund into small budgets to achieve targets such as:
1. Improvising your website
2. Adding features for easy accessibility and navigation.
3. At start you need to create some free demo and sample products or services to get people a hang of it and provide you their valuable feedback. So invest in there. Put attractive offers and ask them that if they like the offerings, they can market it through their social media for better reach.
4. Setting up of the Final Website to display your services
With whole lot of chunk done, now you can release the full blown website. But before you do that go through the final screening process.
1. Working on all the feedbacks, with all the services and products. This is the crucial time. So be wise and kind.
2. Your website would be the face of your business so ensure its on point and accurately built to reflect your products, services and mission.
3. Have an attractive website name to grab all the attention and visits.
4. Make it mobile-friendly because not a lot of people have the time to do things on a desktop.
5. Pay attention to image quality of the site.
6. Consider monetisation and affiliate partnerships for easy funding of the future releases.
7. Don't set it and forget it. Work and battle through all the problems. You have invested your time and today the currency is TIME. TIME IS MONEY. You invest time, you reap money.
8. Have different social media pages on every social media site for better marketing and reaching out to people. Ensure its updated periodically.
