The coronavirus is not yet
gone! Under the stay at home orders by the government, the pandemic keeps
affecting every aspect of our lives, especially when it comes to health and
mental stability.
Students who were on their way to careers are drastically
affected by the lockdown and it has shown a vast impact on the minds and health
of them.
People are getting lathargic towards their work and have
disturbed their sleeping schedule abruptly in the midst of carelessness during
all this mishappenings.
Everyone is busy adjust to the new normal in their own way by
being comfortable in the zone that they have built past so many days sitting
ideally and also distance learning.
Keeping youngsters fit and active is equally important in today's times because they are the foundation of the society and the country after the situation is under control. Pushing them continuously in a healthy way towards their goals is important for them to remember the importance of life.

introducing apps that suggest you special workouts for a particular time to
achieve your body goals and boost your immunity. You need no more gyms to stay
in the desired shape. Kudos.
4. Take a walk
A small walk can prevent all the lung and heart diseases by
pumping your body and moving your joints and muscles. Take a 30 minute walk
after your meal to have a good digestion and improved energy supply for being
